AB InBev Efes holds an annual sales department conference.
In 2021, for the well-known reasons, it was decided to switch to online format.

LYRA Agency organized the event to meet the client's needs on a special online platform for convenient viewing and communication.

The 2021 conference was not just a strategic meeting to talk about business priorities for the coming year and analyze the previous one. This event was to remind of the importance of each employee's contribution to the company's results and to discuss the challenges that had made us and our business stronger.

Quality
If we consider production, then we only mean the TV-level quality! Video recording of speakers' took place in two equipped studios.
Interactivity and full immersion
For the effect of life-immersion, the platform's functionality allowed both speakers and viewers to participate in discussions and interactive activities.
It is networking and gamification that make it possible to turn an online meeting into an interesting, convenient and exciting event — the main thing is that everything is organized by professionals. We used the platform’s capacity to the maximum — a megachat for each group, interactive quests, various voting systems and pop-up notifications so that participants would not miss anything interesting.

Geographical coverage
The conference was attended by employees of the offices of two countries — Russia and Ukraine. But Russian websites do not work in Ukraine — how did we organize a big online event for both countries? We rented a German server to connect the broadcast and the platform itself.
Our managers prepared the project completely remotely from Russia and used ZOOM to coordinate the platform, scenery and equipment in Ukraine.

Outcomes
AB InBev Efes is a young company with an open-minded and sociable team, so it turned out to be a great idea to unite 2 countries for sharing best practices and team building. The client was very worried about the platform being intuitive to use.

Result:
More than 900 participants, which made up 100% attendance! No technical failures, which is quite rare for an online event.

AB InBev Efes was established on March 30, 2018 due to a merger of AB InBev and Anadolu Efes in Russia and Ukraine. AB InBev Efes has 11 breweries in Russia in Vladivostok (Primorsky Territory), Volzhsky (Volgograd Region), Ivanovo (Ivanovo Region), Kazan (Republic of Tatarstan), Kaluga (Kaluga Region), Klin (Moscow Region), Novosibirsk (Novosibirsk Region), Omsk (Omsk Region), Saransk (Republic of Mordovia), Ulyanovsk (Ulyanovsk Region), Ufa (Republic of Bashkortostan) and 3 malt houses in Kazan, Omsk and Saransk. The company has 3 breweries in Ukraine — in Chernihiv, Nikolaev, Kharkiv. The main brands of beer presented in Russia are BUD, BUD Alcohol Free, Spaten, Corona Extra, Velkopopovický Kozel, Hoegaarden, Stary Melnik iz Bochonka (“Old Miller from a Barrel”), Klinskoye, Bely Medved (“White Bear”), and others. At the moment, AB InBev Efes is one of the brewing market leaders in Russia and Ukraine. As a socially responsible company, we are implementing a number of initiatives in all cities of our operation. The most significant ones include projects such as Auto-sobriety, Upgrade Springs Together and others.
