More than 400 people, guests and representatives of partners
On July 22 and 23, 2011, Tseleevo Golf and Polo Club (Moscow Region) hosted the Russian qualifying tournaments of the international series BMW Golf Cup International 2011. The right to be in the finals of the Russian stage of this prestigious championship was given to the winners in two categories for men and women.

The holding of the BMW Golf Cup International tournament in Russia contributed to the development of golf popularity in the country. When designing the branding the event areas, we took into account historical and image details as well as weather conditions. From the corporate identity to the setup of the golf course and the evening show — we worked all aspects through and organized a high-quality event for a special audience.

Golf is one of the most exquisite sports to which BMW AG pays
a very special attention. We are proud that golf is becoming more and more popular in Russia and, of course, we see the credit for
it in BMW. In our opinion, holding three games will be a great gift for all golf fans in Russia. So we hope that over time, the number of games and, most importantly, fans of the sport, will only increase

About the tournament:
BMW Golf Cup International, which first brought together amateur athletes
in 1987, is presented in Russia since 2002. Every year it welcomes more than 100,000 fans in 50 countries of the world. During its 8-year history, the BMW Golf Cup International has gained popularity among the Russian audience as one of the most prestigious golf tournaments for amateurs. Russian athletes were able to achieve significant results at the international level. For example, the winner of the Russian stage of the 2006 tournament, Artem Nesterov, took 4th place
in the final competition held at the prestigious Fancourt club in South Africa. Similar tournaments under BMW auspices are held every year in many countries of the world, such as Spain, Germany, Great Britain, Australia, Canada, Japan, etc.
